Contact management
A communications subsystem enables all contacts with a customer to be recorded and retrieved. System generated communications, e.g. standard letters, are automatically inserted and recorded. Ad hoc communications, e.g. telephone calls and incoming communications, are recorded through screens. Optionally,this system can be integrated with a document imaging system so that imaged documents can be viewed, through the same screens.
A complaint logging and tracking system is included. This is an integral part of the administration systems to link the details of any ongoing or historic complaint to the customer involved. The system supports Financial Services Authority compliance and reporting requirements.
