Lending post completions
Functionality supports processing for existing and newly completed mortgages through to redemption. A key feature here is the mortgage product design functionality which can administer a range of different types of products. Examples are daily or annual rest, fixed or variable interest rates, flexible, offset (mortgage balance offsetting with a savings account), drawdown and multi-part Mortgages.
All the facilities normally associated with administering a Mortgage are included such as:-
- Interest and tax rate changes, capitalisation, annual review and statement production.
- Mortgage payment collection.
- A communications system supports the recording of all incoming and outgoing customer communications including the generation of standard and tailored letters.
- General statistics and reports providing information about the caseload.
- Deeds tracking includes deeds hastening, receipt, storage, retrieval and loan procedures.
- Arrears administration includes payment calculation, debiting, collection, arrears administration fee processing. The payment collection and chasing process can be tailored to support different arrears strategies.
