LIBRA uses an Online Analytical Processing (OLAP) tool which provides multidimensional views of any type of information from the core systems and summarises it in any way required. For example in Arrears you can look at a wide range of different views of the Arrears figures "slicing and dicing" these by product, age of account, source of business, credit score etc.
The system can measure elements of performance and speed of processing e.g. how many new mortgage cases are waiting to be offered. If tasks to do with customers need to be completed within a certain amount of time, this is recorded here.
