Document Image Processing (DIP)
LIBRA contains a fully integrated DIP system which is largely used for the storage and retrieval of new Mortgage application forms, R85 forms and savings account signature cards.
Several new uses for the DIP system are currently being implemented, including the capture of all outgoing ad-hoc correspondence.
Image viewing can be made available at no further cost, although any use of the functionality is subject to the clients purchase of the necessary hardware and software licences to enable the capture, indexing and storage of the document images.
